With a dogged commitment to caring for Senior Care Centers’ patients and residents, Andrew Kerr brings over 30 years of leadership to his role as President and Chief Financial Officer. Since joining Senior Care Centers in 2011, Andrew spearheaded the successful growth through acquisition of the company from 34 locations to over 100 today.
Through his executive experience at other healthcare companies including Intrepid USA and Centerre Healthcare Corporation, Andrew gained a reputation for cash flow optimization, expense reduction, revenue enhancement and strategic planning that help finance the compassionate mission of the companies he served. Andrew’s keen attention to detail also has helped him with raising capital, conducting mergers and acquisitions, as well as ensuring both internal and external reporting.
Andrew earned a Bachelor’s of Accounting from St. Mary’s University and serves on the board of directors for the Texas Healthcare Association.
As President of Senior Care Centers’ Post-Acute Network, Mike Brandley guides the services that support short term rehabilitation, as well as oversees the company’s rehabilitation, hospice and pharmacy businesses. Prior to joining Senior Care Centers in 2009, Mike held executive leadership roles for Fundamental and Rehab for Life Care Centers of America.
Mike earned his bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Wichita State University in 1996. He holds a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Wichita State University and is a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator. Mike is a member of National Association for the Support of Long Term Care (NASL), American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Texas Healthcare Association.
Cindi brings her passion for operational excellence by serving as the President of Long-Term Care Operations for Senior Care Centers. Cindi joined Senior Care Centers after working as the president and chief operating officer for Paramount Health Care Company, which has since been acquired by Senior Care Centers as of January 2015. With 8 years as the previous owner of Paramount Health Care Company and 7 years’ experience as a SNF administrator, Cindi is well equipped to handle any situation. Her main responsibility is to ensure the highest possible quality of care for our long-term care residents while remaining fiscally responsible.
Cindi earned her undergrad in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University, as well as her Master’s in Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
With nearly 30 years of clinical experience, Teri Bonar oversees the clinical operations for Senior Care Centers where she is responsible for the company’s clinical policies and procedures. Prior to joining Senior Care Centers, Teri held a number of clinical leadership positions for other post-acute and long term care providers including Genesis Health Care and HCR ManorCare.
Teri began her career as a Certified Nurse Assistant and earned the distinctions of Licensed Practical Nurse and Certified Legal Nursing Consultant. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, Iowa. Most notably, Teri served in the United States Army Reserve as a multichannel communications equipment operator.
Krista Dugan joined Senior Care Centers in 2012, where she currently serves as Vice President of Physician Development and Strategy. Previously, she served as Director of Physician Development and had been the Regional Director of Business Development for the Austin Area.
Before joining Senior Care Centers, Krista served as the marketing director of a major teaching hospital health system in West Texas. In this role, she oversaw the consolidation of all of the health system’s marketing and communication efforts into one central department. Prior to this, she served as an account executive with a regional advertising and public relations firm, with a focus on managing health care client accounts.
Krista received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with an emphasis in business communications, from Lubbock Christian University.
With over 20 years of human resources leadership experience, Terry Mitchell leads the People Strategy function for Senior Care Centers. Terry began his career at State Farm Insurance in operations and later transitioned to Human Resources. He has worked in a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail with several Fortune 500 companies. He has been recognized for his leadership in strategic planning, building and developing organizational capability, as well as for leading collaborative, high-performing human resources teams.
Terry holds both Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources designations and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas and Master’s of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Dallas.
Kelly brings over 30 years of broad based legal experience to the executive team of Senior Care Centers. Kelly has an extensive record of managing legal matters in an efficient and cost effective manner. His current responsibilities consist of managing and guiding all legal services and serving as the chief legal advisor to senior leadership.
Kelly joined Senior Care Centers in 2016 after having served for 10 years as General Counsel-Corporate for Golden Living, a national long term care, therapy and hospice family of companies.
Kelly obtained his Juris Doctorate degree, Cum Laude from Pepperdine School of Law.
With over 30 years of healthcare procurement industry experience, Jim Glensky helped design and spearhead many of the supplier systems in the industry today. Previously at Golden Living, Jim created the first DSSI online ordering system with Direct Supply, which now helps leverage the buying power of most major and mid-sized senior care facilities in the country. Jim also managed a fleet of over 2,000 vehicles in 23 states and implemented a Fleet policy for vehicle procurement and drivers.
Jim has a passion for the post-acute and long term care mission, and he maintains a dogged commitment to ensure the supplier selection process upholds uncompromising standards with the goal of strong clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. Jim studied music at Westchester University and also served in the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps.
As director of communications, Michelle Metzger brings over 20 years of marketing and communications experience to her role shaping the Senior Care Centers brand and voice. Previously, Michelle served in the same role for Golden Living and worked as a public relations agency executive specializing in crisis communication and securing feature news stories in Holy Grail media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Business Week, FOX Business, CNBC and many others.
Community minded, Michelle has been a member of the Oak Cliff Lions Club since 1992 and served as its President in 2002-2003. Her community board positions also include the Lions Sight & Tissue Foundation, Quad 4 and Variety, the children’s charity of Texas. A classically trained pianist, Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
