Our facility is located just minutes from Dallas' finest hospitals and easily accessed by mass transit.
We are committed to providing the best quality of care possible thru personalized nursing and medical care, as well as an innovative rehabilitation program. Our Director of Nursing is a Registered Nurse, and leads a team of professional licensed nurses. Our in-house rehabilitation team consists of licensed therapists who work closely with our nursing staff to ensure an interdisciplinary approach to our Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy programs. This coordination of rehabilitation therapy and restorative nursing care not only improves our residents' functional abilities and independence, but also affords many of them the opportunity to return to the community.

24 hour skilled nursing care including wound care, ostomy care, palliative care/pain management, IV therapy, and diabetes management.

Comprehensive rehabilitation programs specializing in post-surgical, post-stroke, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.

Transportation services to dialysis and doctor appointment

In-house dental and podiatrist care

Dynamic activities program including "Wii-Hab", and resident outings, and church services to meet their spiritual needs.

For financial peace of mind we accept Medicare, Medicaid, certain managed care and skilled/long term care insurance plans, as well as private payment. We work to educate our families in the application process for Medicaid benefits. Ask us for information on eligibility and the local DADS caseworker.
