Mullican Care Center
Mullican Care Center has been the Provider of Choice in Fannin and Grayson counties by providing Skilled Nursing,
Rehabilitation and Alzheimer's Care for over 50 years. We are located on Highway 56 between Sherman and Bonham.. The residents of Mullican Care Center are able to take advantage of the
excellent hospitals and physicians that are within a 15-20 minute drive from the facility.
Mullican Care Center has a rehabilitation team that consists of licensed Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists. Many of our residents meet their therapy goals and are
able to return home. Our rehabilitation program enhances the residents quality of life by improving their functional abilities.
Mullican Care Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, Skilled Insurance and Private payment.
We offer the following services:
- 24 -Hour skilled nursing care including wound care, palliative care/pain management, restorative nursing, IV therapy and diabetes management
- Comprehensive rehabilitation programs specializing in post-surgical, post-stroke, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
