Senior Care Beltline
At Senior Care Centers, we are committed to meeting patients' and residents' needs for every level of care. We provide high-quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy services, as well as ample opportunities for recreation, worship and community involvement. Our comprehensive medical unit delivers skilled nursing care for patients recovering from surgery or diagnosed with complex medical conditions. Specialized services available at our facility include wound care and IV therapy. We also offer hospice and respite care.
Our complete rehabilitation therapy programs are designed to help recovering patients return to their communities and resume normal living. In addition to physical, speech and occupational therapy, we offer specialized rehabilitation for patients with orthopedic conditions, arthritis, spinal cord injuries and amputations. Prior to discharge, our treatment team conducts home evaluations to improve safety and increase patients' independence and self-confidence.
