Rockwall Nursing Center is a fully licensed nursing facility that offers skilled nursing care, short term rehabilitation and certified Alzheimer's care. We actively participate in Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Administration, private insurance, and private pay programs. Our licensed Alzheimer's unit offers a secure area designed to address around the clock needs, provide daily therapeutic activities, and a peaceful environment for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia related disorders.
Rockwall Nursing Center also has a designated resident smoking lounge for those residents who wish to smoke. The smoking lounge has its own independent ventilation system so it does not interfere with other residents who do not smoke and is monitored at all times by our patient services assistants.
