With a state-of-the-art Therapy Department, we specialize in Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies that assist our residents in regaining strength and ability to lead a more independent life, successfully returning many of our residents to their homes. Focusing on the individual needs of each of our residents, Senior Care at Lake Pointe offers personalized Nursing Care, a Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program and an innovative Social Activities Program. Each department is made up of well trained, caring individuals dedicated to the care and needs of each resident. Attention to details, like our beautifully landscaped grounds, courtyard with Cabana, private dining room, fireplace, Beauty Shop and Lake Views create an elegant, yet comfortable atmosphere. Private, Medicare, Medicaid and Hospice accommodations are available in spacious rooms with great window· views. Senior Care at Lake Pointe is a Non-Smoking Facility.
